Rev. Becky comes to us from the Western Association of the Illinois Conference of the United Church of Christ. Her ten years of intentional transition ministry and eighteen years as Director of Spiritual Care have prepared her well for her work with us. She holds Master of Divinity and Master of Pastoral Studies degrees from Loyola University in Chicago. She also has certifications as Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, Intentional Interim Minister, Professional Co-Active Coach, and Spiritual Director.

She will serve First Congregational Church as our temporary pastor, while we prepare for calling a new settled pastor. She will be the lead resource for the interim ministry time, working with the Transition Team and search committee to discern the Church’s vision for its future.

Thank you to the Transition Team, the Personnel Commission, and Church Council for their diligence in bringing Rev. Becky David to us. We are excited that Rev. Becky is joining us and look forward to this dynamic time of reflection and growth as we move through this transition together
